Spring Wardrobe Plans

My new favorite tool for planning out my handmade capsule wardrobe is the Fashionary sketchbook (available from Fringe Supply Co.).  This little beauty looks like your average sketchbook on the outside, but inside the pages are full of light body outlines just waiting for you to sketch over.  Over the weekend, I sat down down and filled in my spring knitting & sewing plans:

There are 3 knit tops I would love to add to my wardrobe:

Honeycomb Aran pullover (currently in progress; the sweater back is in the photos above & the sleeves are already done!) / free pattern from Yarnspirations

Georgia Vest / pattern by Cecily Glowik MacDonald for Quince & Co. (planning to wear this over my already finished Plantain tee & Archer button up!)

Ondawa ( This is the paper pattern in the photos; I'm planning to knit this up in Brooklyn Tweed's gorgeous Hayloft color / pattern by Michelle Wang for Brooklyn Tweed

And three bottoms (1 to purchase, 2 to sew):

A pair of basic black jeans (a purchase, I haven't worked my way up to sewing jeans, not yet anyway!)

Moss mini skirt / pattern from Grainline Studio

Brume pencil skirt / pattern from Deer & Doe
