Somehow, March is here!  I can't believe how fast this year is already going.  This month was a transition one as far as my knitting goes.  After finishing my Bellows cardigan, I was able to pick up and start some new things:

I finished (almost) one sleeve of my Ondawa before running out of yarn.  I had to wait for my tax refund to order the rest of it, ha, ha.  Every time I pull it out of it's bag, those cables just kill me; I'm dying to start the body!

I've been a long time admirer of the Plucky Knitter's yarn and patterns, but never got a chance to try any of their yarn until their Plucky Reserve shop was opened.  I knew I wanted to knit Andrea Mowry's Range shawl, and one night I happened to stumble on the perfect range of Plucky shades.  The colors are just wonderful and the yarn has gorgeous stitch definition; on top of that I'm learning the two-color brioche which is great fun.

The bottom photos are both beginnings of my own designs.  Eek!  I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm just going for it.  The left photo's knitting will eventually be a hat knit in Acadia from The Fibre Co. and the swatches on the right are Quince & Co.'s Puffin.  Stay tuned for more info on those; I'm so excited to see if they actually work!
