And just like that, May is here!  Wisconsin has finally turned the corner into spring (I think), and I have spring sewing and knitting on my mind.  I haven't finished any of my projects I cast on last month between writing the pattern for Lane and taking part in a mini design challenge last week:

Left: Ondawa progress!  This one is slow going, but I fall more in love with the cables and color every time I pick it up.

Middle: Lesley progress!  This is my "easy knitting" project that I seem to keep setting aside; I'm about 4-5" from the ribbing on the body...

Right: My swatch for a new design that came out of a design challenge last week from Aroha Knits; check out my Instagram feed for the whole process if you're curious!

I'm looking forward to moving my knitting outdoors into the sunshine this month and participating in #memademay on Instagram!  Check out the hashtag for some serious handmade wardrobe inspiration.
